12-15 garlic cloves Salt to taste 1/2 tsp sugar (optional) 1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp Jeera a pinch of hing
1. Take a bowl,, add hot water and soak dried red chillies in it. 2. Soak it for about 15-20 minutes until the chillies soften.
3. After 20 mins drain it and keep it aside. 4. Now in a pan, take some oil , ginger and add garlic cloves to it. 5. Fry it until it is golden brown.
6. Now add soaked red chillies and saute for 2 minutes. 7. Let it cool completely and then add it to a mixer jar. 8. Add salt, sugar and grind into a fine paste.
9. Take a pan. Add oil, mustard seeds, jeera and hing. 10. After the tempering splutters, add the paste and saute until oil seperates.
Serve it in a small bowl as a side with some crispy pakoras, sandwiches and more.
