1. Ingredients: flour, khoya, water, ghee, sugar syrup and nuts.

2. Start by mixing flour and water to make a batter without lumps.

3. In another bowl, start mixing khoya and water and make a batter.

4. Now, mix both batters and make a thick batter.

5. In a pan, heat ghee on low flame.

6. Now, add a spoonful of batter in a pan in circular motion.

7. Cook this malpua until the edges start getting red.

8. Dip them in a sugar syrup and repeat the entire process to make more malpuas.
