Start by mixing all-purpose flour, sugar, salt, butter and ice water and knead a hard dough for the pie crust.

Roll the dough into a thick circle and place it in a pie mould.

Start peeling the apples and slice them.

Then take a bowl and start adding these apple slices, cinnamon, sugar and lemon juice and mix well.

Start filling the mixture to the pie mould and seal it with another pie dough.

Trim and seal the edges of the pie and make cuts on the top.

Beat eggs and apply it over the crust. And sprinkle some sugar.

Now bake the pie for fifty to sixty minutes. Then let it cool. You can enjoy the apple pie with ice cream on top of it.
