Ingredients

Plums, Nectarines, Peaches, Cherries, Raisins, Oranges, Prunes, Pineapple, Sugar And Brandy

Step 1

Start by chopping fruits in bite-size pieces.

Step 2

Add these fruits in a bowl and coat them with sugar.

Let them marinate for an hour while stirring it every 15 minutes.

Step 4

Divide the fruits in different sterilised jars and pour brandy in it.

Cover them and store these brandy infused fruits for at least one month.
