Recipe: How To Make Delicious Hyderabadi Biryani In No Time At Home

Hyderabadi chicken Biryani is one of the most popular and loved dishes in India. 

But when it comes to cooking biryani at home, many of us refrain from it. This is because we all think its super difficult. 

Well, not really that difficult, if you have the perfect recipe with you. Just like we are sharing here! Note  it down!

INGREDIENTS 500gm Chicken 2 cup basmati rice 2 finely chopped onions 2 finely chopped tomato 4-5  finely chopped green chilies 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp garam masala

INGREDIENTS 1 cup curd 1 cup finely chopped coriander leaves 1 cup finely chopped pudina leaves 1 cup oil 2 tbsp ghee 1/2 cup kesar milk Salt to taste

PROCEDURE 1. Take oil and ghee in a pan. Add onions and green chilies and saute until golden. Then add ginger garlic paste. 

2. Add chicken to the pan and fry a bit. Then add tomato, coriander, curd, pudina, garam masala and salt. Mix well and cover with a lid. 

3. Add rice (soaked for 30 minutes) into the pan and add 2 cups of water.  4. Let it simmer on low flame until the rice is boiled. 

5. Heat kesar milk in another pan. Add it to the rice and keep it covered for half an hour. 

Serve it hot with raita and chutney!
