DIwali is almost here and all of you must be waiting to relish delectable sweets, chivda, chakli and more.

3 cups thin poha 2 tbsp oil 1/4 cup peanuts t tsp mustard seeds
2 tbsp gram dal 5 pieces kaju 2 tbsp dry coconut salt to taste 1/2 tsp powdered sugar
1 tsp jeera Hing 2 dry red chillies curry leaves 1/4th tsp turmeric powder
1. Take a pan and dry roast poha in it. 2. Keep roasting until it turns crispy.
3. Take oil in a pan, add gram dal, peanuts, dry coconut, and cashew. Roast it well on low flame.
4. Make little space on the same pan and add mustard seeds, cumin, hing, dry red chillies, curry leaves. Let it splutter and then mix everything together well.
5. Add salt, powdered sugar, turmeric and saute it well. 6. Now add roasted poha in it. 7. Mix it well for 15 mins and its ready!
