Dhokla is a Gujarati dish and is relished across the country.

Ingredients: besan, sugar, citric acid, turmeric, salt, turmeric, fruit salt, mustard, red chillies, curry leaves and oil.

Take a bowl and start mixing besan, salt, sugar, citric acid, turmeric and water. Batter should be of medium consistency.

Now make a mixture of fruit salt and water, and add it to the batter.

Take a mold and coat it with oil. Pour the mixture in it.

Now, steam the batter for 15 to 20 mins.

Take a pan with oil, red chillies, mustard seeds and curry leaves and heat it.

Pour this tadka over the dhokla and cut them into pieces.
