Here's how you can make Limca Pani Puri at home:

In a blender, combine the fresh mint leaves, fresh coriander leaves, green chilies, ginger, roasted cumin powder, black salt and regular salt

Blend the ingredients into a smooth paste, adding a little water. Transfer this green chutney to a mixing bowl and add 1 cup of Limca or lemon-lime soda.

Mix well, and your Limca pani is ready. Adjust the sweetness, saltiness, and spiciness to your liking

Boil, peel, and mash the potatoes. Chop the onions finely.

Gently make a small hole on the top of each puri shell. Fill each puri with a teaspoon or so of mashed potatoes.
