Recipe: How To Make Sol Kadhi At Home!

Solkadhi is a detoxification drink that helps in digestion.

Start with rinsing kokum with cold water. Then soak them in warm water for 30 mins.

Then squeeze these kokums with your fingers and strain the water.

Now add water to this kokum extract.

Then add coconut milk to it. You can either use a canned one or make fresh coconut milk.

Lastly, add salt and mix everything well.

For tempering, heat oil and add mustard seeds, cumin, curry leaves, red chillies, garlic and hing. Pour it in the solkadhi.

Keep this solkadhi in the refrigerator and serve it cold!
