Recipe: Make A Light Crunchy Persian Salad, Shirazi Salad For Dinner

What Is Shirazi Salad?

With its light and crunchy texture, this salad offers a burst of flavors and a healthy addition to your meal.

Ingredients

Large cucumbers, ripe tomatoes, red onion,  fresh lemon juice, olive oil,  fresh mint leaves, Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1 

Peel the cucumbers, and then slice them in half lengthwise. Remove the seeds by scraping them out with a spoon.

Step 2

Deseed tomatoes and chop them similar cucumber.

Step 3 

Finely chop the red onion and add everything in a mixing bowl with other chopped veggies.

Add the fresh lemon juice and olive oil to the bowl.

Season the mixture with salt & pepper and toss up the salad. Serve!
