Chef Kunal Kapur has a easy & simple recipe to make pineapple chutney.

Pineapple, Sugar, Vinegar, Turmeric, salt, Black Salt, Chilli Powder, Roasted Cumin and Pepper Powder.

Start by roasting a whole pineapple on open flame till it blackens.

Now, remove the chared skin and other blackened edges.

Now, start chopping the smoked pineapple into small pieces.

Take a pan and add the chopped pineapple with sugar, turmeric, vinegar, salt, black salt, chilli powder, roasted cumin and pepper powder.

Let it simmer for a few minutes or until it softens.

Once it is done, blend the pineapple pieces into jam-like consistency.
Garnish it with chilli powder and your pineapple chutney is ready!
