Recipe: Make A Warm Bowl Of Khao Suey At Home

Ingredients

Mushroom, Carrot, French Beans, Baby Corn, Green Chilly, Garlic, Ginger, Coriander Stems, Water, Haldi, Coriander Powder, Besan, Cornstarch, Coconut Cream, Stock Cube, Coriander, Lime Juice, Sugar, Salt, Oil And Noodles

Step 1

Blend garlic, ginger, coriander steams, water and green chillies and make a paste.

Step 2

Take a pan with oil and add mushroom, carrot, french beans, baby corn and saute them.

Step 3

Now, add the paste to the pan and saute the vegetables.

Step 4

Now, add salt, coriander powder, haldi, besan, water, stock cube and a slurry of coconut milk and cornstarch.

Step 5

Add more coconut milk with salt and sugar and let it simmer for few minutes.

Step 6

Now, assemble the dish by adding noodles on the plate.

Step 7

Then add the vegetable stew on top of it.

Garnish the dish with fried garlic, fried onion, green onion, roasted peanuts, lime wedges, chilli flakes, chilli oil and coriander leaves.
