Ingredients

Jowar Flour, Rice Flour, Water, Red Chili Powder, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Salt, Buttermilk Or Water, Turmeric Powder, Chopped Onion, Chopped Coriander Leaves, Shredded Carrot, Lemon Juice And Oil

Step 1

Take 1 cup jowar flour and 1/4th cup rice flour.

Step 2

Then, add red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and salt to it.

Step 3

Now, add water or buttermilk and make a batter.

Step 4

Flavour the batter with turmeric.

Now, add chopped onion, coriander, carrots and other vegetables to the batter.

Now, take pan greased with oil and start making dhirde.

Use the batter and make dhirde for breakfast!
