Recipe: Make Restaurant-Style Pink Pasta Easily At Home

1. Pink Sauce Pasta is an Indian twist on the classic Italian pasta recipe.

2. Here is the recipe for this comfort food that you can try at home.

3. First step is to boil the pasta. Take a saucepan and add water to it. Then, add salt, bring it to a roaring boil, and add pasta. You can choose any pasta you like. Boil it till al dente.

4. While it is boiling, collect ingredients for the sauce.

5. Ingredients: Garlic, Onion, Red Chilli Powder, Tomato Puree, Dried Oregano, Chilli Flakes, Butter, Cream, Cheese, Ketchup and other vegetables you like.

6. Start by taking a pan with butter in it. Then add garlic, onion and vegetables of your choice.

7. Once sauteed, add the tomato puree and cook it. Then add ketchup, dried oregano and chilli flakes to the sauce.

8. After 30 seconds, add cream, and let it simmer. Check the al dente pasta and strain it.
