Gujiya is a sweet delicacy that is served on Holi.

Ingredients: Maida, Rava, Khoya, Ghee, Almonds, Cardamom, sugar and water.

Take a bowl with maida in it. Then add water to it.

Now, start kneading the dough. Add ghee while kneading it.

Take a pan and add khoya and rava to it. Saute the mixture for a while. Once done, keep the mixture aside.

After the mixture is cool, you can start adding cardamom, almonds and other nuts to it.

Now start making the gujiyas by taking a little dough and rolling it out.

Add the khoya filling to the dough and seal the corners. Just like momo or dumpling. Start deep frying the gujiyas till it is golden brown.
