Start by soaking soya chunks and then blend it in a mixer grinder.

Now, take rice, which has been soaked for 30 mins, and blend it together with green chillies, ginger, garlic and yogurt.

Don't add water to the rice blend since the consistency is going to be thin.

Now, mix the grinded soya chunks with rice mixture.

Now, add chopped vegetables like capsicum, tomato, onion, carrot, corn, peas and coriander to the batter.

Take a pan with oil and spread the batter in it and cook it from both the sides.

Make a yogurt dip with yogurt, cucumber, green chillies, coriander, black salt, cumin powder and salt.
