Granny Smith Apples, Toasted And Chopped Peanuts, Soft Caramels And Ice-Pop Sticks

After washing and drying the apples, insert one to two inches of ice pop sticks in the centre of each one.

Now, take a small pan and add caramels to it.

Stir it constantly with a wooden spoon or plastic spatula and cook until it melts and there are no lumps.

Coat apples in caramel by tipping the pot towards you while holding the handle and allowing the caramel to pool on one side.
