Take a pan and heat some oil. Then, add cumin seeds and let it splutter.

Now, start by adding chopped colocasia roots, stem and vegetable.

Then, add cucumber, peanuts and matar and cook it for a few minutes.

Make a vatan for the bhaji by grinding coconut and green chillies.
