Minced lamb or beef, onion, minced garlic, allspice, salt, and pepper, dumpling wrappers or thin dough sheets, plain yogurt, cornstarch, dried mint

Mix minced meat, onion, garlic, allspice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Finely chop the red onion and add everything in a mixing bowl with other chopped veggies.

Place a small amount of the meat mixture in each dumpling wrapper, then fold and seal them.

In a pot, mix yogurt, garlic, cornstarch, dried mint, and salt. Cook over low heat, stirring continuously until it thickens

Gently place the dumplings in the yogurt sauce and simmer for 15-20 minutes until the dumplings are cooked.
