Sugar, Water, Cardamom Powder, Pineapple, Coconut, Water, Custard Powder, Desi Ghee And Nuts

Start by boiling water and sugar and boil it.

Now, blend pineapple and coconut together.

Now, strain the mixture and collect juice in a bowl. Then, add custard powder to it.

Then, add the juice to the sugar syrup and heat it till it binds well.

Once the mixture binds well, transfer it to a mould and set it.

Now, cut the barfi into equal size cubes.
