Saute ginger, chillies and peas in an oiled pan. Add spinach and let it cook. Grind the mixture and add coriander.

Mash the boiled potatoes in a bowl and mix in the spinach paste.

Add in the spices and the bread crumbs to make a non-sticky dough.
