Make pakoras by deep-frying batter of besan, chilli powder, salt and your preferred veggie.

Make a thin batter with besan, curd, water, haldi powder and salt. Mix well.

Heat the batter and add cloves, black pepper, and bay leaves to the pan.

Bring it to a boil while stirring constantly.

If you don’t stir constantly, the curd and batter will separate.
