Potato, Onion, Green Chilli, Ginger, Paneer, Coriander Leaves, Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Chat Masala, Roasted Cumin Seed Powder, Turmeric Powder, Paneer, Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Cornflour, Maida, Water & Vermicelli

Start by boiling potatoes and mashing them.

Then add chopped onions, green chillies, ginger, paneer, salt and spices in to the potatoes and mix.

Take a portion of the mixture and shape it into semi circles and repeat the process.

Now, make a slurry with maida, cornflour, red chillie powder, salt and water.

Now, coat the shaped mixture in the slurry and the vermicelli. Repeat the process and keep it aside.

Now, start mixing paneer, salt, black pepper powder and cornflour and make little egg-shaped balls.

Now, fry the nest and eggs in hot oil and keep them aside on a paper towel.
Lastly, assemble the snack with a little green chutney and imli chutney and enjoy!
