Recipe: Make This Veg Shashlik with Pilaf Rice and Smoked Tomato Culi At Home

Ingredients

Tomato, Onion, Broccoli, Zucchini (Green & Yellow), Capsicum (Red, Yellow & Green), Garlic, Chilli Flakes, Oregano, Thyme, Olive Oil, Parsley, Butter, Rice, Salt, Black Pepper & Fresh Cream

Step 1

Firstly cut all vegetables in dice shape and marinate them with olive oil, salt, black pepper, thyme, oregano, chilli flake and parsley and keep aside for 20 minutes.

For rice, take a saucepan with water and a little salt and boil it.

Step 3

Now, toss the rice with butter, garlic, parsley, onion, chilli flakes, oregano, salt and finish with a touch of fresh cream.

Step 4

To make a chunky puree, start with roasting the tomatoes.

Step 5

Now, take a pan with olive oil, garlic, onion, black paper and little tomato ketchup and add these roasted tomatoes. Then, finish it off with butter.

Now, take marinated vegetables and arrange them on a skewer.

Step 7

Take a pan with olive oil, place the skewer in it and grill them.

Assemble everything on a plate and your Veg Shashlik with Pilaf Rice and Smoked Tomato Culi is ready!
