Ingredients

Maida, Rava, Salt, Ghee, Water, Corn Flour, Oil, Sugar Syrup And Pistachios.

Step 1

Take maida, rava and salt in a bowl. Add hot ghee and water to it and make a dough.

Step 2

Cover and rest the dough for a few minutes.

Step 3

Now, make a paste of ghee and corn flour.

Step 4

Take a dough ball and roll it out. Then apply the paste evenly on the surface and cover it with another rolled dough. Repeat the process.

Step 5

Now, roll the stacked rolled dough and cut equal pieces.

Step 6

Again roll out the cut pieces and deep fry them.

Step 7

Dip the chirote in warm sugar syrup till it soaks up the liquid.

Garnish them with pista or any other dry fruits and chirote is ready!
