Rice, Anarase Rice Four, Powdered Sugar, Water, Poppy Seeds And Oil

Thoroughly wash rice two or three times in water, making sure to remove all the water. The following day, rinse the rice, drain all the water, and then soak it once again.

After draining all the water, thoroughly wash the rice on the third day. Give the rice another day to soak in enough water.

Drain the rice completely and give them a thorough wash on the fourth day.

Spread rice on a fresh cloth and let it dry for two to three hours and grind it.

Transfer the rice flour to a plate and sprinkle it with powdered sugar and knead a dough. Allow the dough to ferment for one or two days until it reaches a firm consistency.

Take a tiny bit of dough and work it into a uniform and smooth surface. After scattering poppy seeds onto the rolling board, transfer the ball of dough onto it. Pat it into the anarse.

Now, fry it in hot oil with the poppy seed side facing upward.
