The chef shared a recipe for the delectable French Pav with Old Monk Banana Split & we are taking notes to make it at home.

• Bananas • Brown sugar • Butter • Old Monk • Fresh cream • Sea salt • Custard powder/ Eggs • Cinnamon powder • Sugar • Pav • Ice cream

• Start by slitting 2 bananas and caramelise the pieces in some brown sugar. • Put some brown sugar in a pan and add the banana splits after the granules melt. Add some butter cubes as well.

• Take some Old Monk, light it up, and directly pour it into the caramelised delicacy. • Now separate the bananas from the pan and add some cream and a pinch of sea salt to the sauce. • In the next step, make a mixture of milk, custard powder, cinnamon powder, and sugar. • Slice the pavs and dip in the liquid. Toast them in butter well from all sides.

• To serve, place the toasted pav and add the caramel sauce and again a pav to make a sandwich. • Then add the bananas and garnish with a dollop of vanilla ice cream. • You can even pour some caramel sauce on top before serving the delishaas recipe.
