Recipe: This Monsoon Make Crispy Onion Pakoras At Home

Its raining and I am sure you all must be waiting for your mother to prepare some crispy onion pakoras. 

But how about this time making it yourself and surprising her. 

INGREDIENTS 3 onions, medium size sliced 1/2 cup besan 1/4 cup rice flour 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder

INGREDIENTS Pinch of Baking soda Salt to taste Oil for frying 2 tablespoons coriander leaves finely chopped

PROCEDURE Take sliced onions, gram flour, rice flour in a bowl. 

PROCEDURE Now add salt, red chilli powder, baking soda and coriander leaves. Mix well

PROCEDURE Keep it aside for 10 minutes. Pro tip: Never add water as onions already release water. 

PROCEDURE Heat oil in a pan for deep frying on medium flame. Add small portions of batter and fry until golden brown. 

And now relish them hot with some pudine ki chutney while it raining outside!
