Cook potatoes in a pressure cooker with 2 cups of water.

Deep-fry the potatoes until they are golden brown.

Heat ghee in a pan and add chopped onions, ginger and garlic paste, and saute well.

Add milk, haldi, lal mirchi powder, dhaniya, garam masala, salt and pepper, kasuri methi, tej patta and ajwain. Mix well.
