Add a twist to boring besan chilla and cook mouth-watering and flavour-packed Vada Pav Wrap at home. Content creator Nidhi Khosla shared a recipe for this deliciousness.

• To make the besan chilla batter, mix 1 cup besan with 1/3 cup water and a pinch of salt. Keep the mixture aside for half an hour.

• Sprinkle some water on a pan and once it evaporates, pour the batter evenly. Brush some oil and make a small slit using a knife.

• Next, start stuffing the quarters with different fillings. First, add a portion of spicy potato filling.

• Next, layer 1 tbsp dry garlic chutney in one quarter. In the third quarter, place a cheese slice.

• For the last quarter, add 1 tbsp green chutney and spread evenly.

• Fold the stuffed dosa to get a quarter-sized pocket shape.
