Here's Chef Neha Deepak Shah's version of the achaar recipe by Salman Khan.

1. To make this recipe, you will need lots of small-sized onions. Peel, wash and rinse them well.
2. Add salt, pink salt, amchoor powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, crushed fennel, green chilies, and mustard oil. Mix everything nicely.

3. Next, take a kadhai and heat some oil in it. Add aesofotida and kalonji seeds to the pan and add the tadka directly to the marinated baby onions.

4. Keep it aside for at least half an hour to get the best taste.
