1/4 tsp of Haldi powder 1 tbsp of Red chili powder 1 tbsp of Coriander powder Salt to taste. 1 tsp of Jeera powder 2 tbsp of Aamchur powder Raw Bananas Oil
First parboil bananas for 15 minutes.
Next, peel and cut the banana into small round slices.
Next, fry them in oil till the pieces are golden brown.
Then, mash the pieces of raw banana using a steel bowl.
Fry the pieces in extremely hot oil till they are golden brown and crispy.
Mix the masalas to prepare Tuk Masala. And finally sprinkle the tuk masala over the crispy raw banana pieces.
