With abundant fresh mangoes available in markets, it is the perfect time to make delectable desserts with these juicy fruits.

• 200 grams chhena • 2 Alphonso mangoes • 4 tbsp powdered sugar • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder

• Take store-bought or homemade chhena and gently mash it. Make sure to knead it using your palm's heel. • Once you get a smooth texture, add powdered sugar and cardamom powder. Mix everything well once again.

• In the next step, spread a cling wrap and make two flat circular shapes with chenna. Flatten both using your fingers.

• Slice mangoes into thin circular shapes and assemble the pieces on the flattened chenna layers.

• Be very careful in the next step. Take one portion of chenna and place it gently on another. Make sure it looks like a sandwich with the mango slices as the filling. • Use cling wrap to cover it perfectly and put the dessert inside a refrigerator.

Let it chill for about 10 hours or overnight. Once done, cut in sandesh-shapes and enjoy this delightful treat!
