1. To make the vada, you need well-boiled potatoes.

2. To prepare the potato filling, you need green chillies, ginger, garlic, salt, mustard seeds, turmeric powder, coriander leaves, and chilli powder.

3. For the vada coating, take besan and make a batter with salt, water, turmeric powder, hing, rice flour, and chilli powder.
