Not Aam Papad, Make Jamun Papad
Instead of Aam Papad, this simmer make Zero-Sugar Jamun Papad, a recipe by Neha Deepak Shah.

1 bowl of Jamun (deseeded) 1 big apple

Roughly chop the apple into pieces and pressure cook half of it with little water for 1 whistle.

Then, blend chopped jamun, pressure cooked apple and raw apple together to make the puree.

Without straining the puree, spread it evenly on a silicon mat. If you don't have a silicon mat, you can grease a tray with ghee and spread the puree on it.

Sun dry this puree for two days or dry it in the oven at the lowest temperature for a few hours.

Cut the Jamun Papad into pieces, store in an air-tight container and enjoy!
