What Is Chinese Hash Brown?

Ingredients

-400g of sliced potatoes -1/3rd tsp of salt -60g of corn starch -Water

Step 1 

Slice your potato and steam them slices for 5 minutes.

Mash the potatoes till you get smooth mixture. Then, add the salt and corn starch. Mix using chopsticks.

Step 2

Make a neat dough and shape them into small dough balls.

Flat the dough balls with a spider strainer to make a beautiful design.

Deep fry the dough balls at 150°C till they turn golden brown.
