1. Cook The Eggs

Place six large eggs in a single layer in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat. Once boiling, cover the pan, remove it from the heat, and let the eggs sit.

Transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water and let them cool for at least 5 minutes.

3. Peel The Eggs

Gently tap each egg on a hard surface to crack the shell, then peel it under running water.

Slice each egg in half lengthwise. Gently remove the yolks and place them in a medium bowl.
