- 1 cup of Semolina (Suji) - ½ tsp of Salt - 2 tbsp of Oil - Water (as needed) - 1 sachet of Noodles Masala - 1 tsp of Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 1 tsp of Chaat Masala

First, grind the semolina into fine powder. Then, mix the powdered semolina, salt together.

Then, gradually add water little at a time and mix well. Keep adding water and mixing till you form a smooth dough. Make sure it's not sticky.

Then, use a heart shaped-cookie cutter and shape the dough into small hearts.

In a kadai with hot oil, on medium heat, deep fry the heart shapes till they are golden and crispy.

Once they are fried and crispy, toss them in noodle masala, chaat masala and Kashmiri chilli powder. Your Suji Heart Bites are ready.
