-1 cup overnight soaked green moong -Ginger -Green chilli -Coriander - 1/2 cup of dahi -Water - 1/2 cup of semolina (suji) -Salt -Oil -1 tsp of baking soda (or ENO) -Mustard Seeds -Sesame Seeds - Curry leaves -Fresh coconut

Add soaked moong, ginger, green chillies, coriander and curd into a mixer and blend it.

Then, add semolina and 2-3 tbsp of water into this batter and let it rest for 15 to 20 minutes.,

Then, add salt, oil, water and baking soda and give it a gentle mix.

Transfer the batter to a greased tin and steam it in high flame for 15 minutes.
