-1 cup of Rice Flour -About 1 & 1/2 cup of Buttermilk / Chaas -A little Haldi -Salt -1 tbsp of Oil

First, add the rice flour, buttermilk and turmeric powder into a bowl and whisk it.

After whisking it well, led this liquid rest for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Add a little salt and oil to it and mix it well. Then, pour the batter over a greased steel plate. Instead of banana leaves, a steel plate is used.

Let this plate steam on high flame for the batter to cook.

Once it's done, cool it down for a while and remove the panki. Sprinkle chilli powder and enjoy your Panki!
