2 cubes of processed cheese 1/2 cup of hung curd 1 tsp of ginger-garlic paste 1 green chilli (chopped) Salt and pepper to taste 1/4 tsp of cardamom powder Boiled Broccoli

First, grate the processed cheese cubes on a shallow plate. Then, smash the cheese with your palm to make a smooth cheesy paste.

Then, add hung curd, chopped green chillies, spice powder, ginger-garlic paste and mix it well with the cheese.

Add boiled broccoli florets amd mix it well with the freshly made malai sauce.

Place the brocoli pieces on the parchment centre and place it in the airfryer or in the oven.
