Skip visiting restaurants or ordering your favorite broccoli dish and make these Malai Broccoli Kebabs at home with Chef Jeet Bisht's recipe.

Ingredients 

2 cubes of processed cheese 1/2 cup of hung curd 1 tsp of ginger-garlic paste 1 green chilli (chopped) Salt and pepper to taste 1/4 tsp of cardamom powder Boiled Broccoli

Step 1 

First, grate the processed cheese cubes on a shallow plate. Then, smash the cheese with your palm to make a smooth cheesy paste.

Then, add  hung curd, chopped green chillies, spice powder, ginger-garlic paste and mix it well with the cheese.

Step 2

Add boiled broccoli florets amd mix it well with the freshly made malai sauce.

Step 3

Place the brocoli pieces on the parchment centre and place it in the airfryer or in the oven.

Step 4

Bake or airfry the broccoli florets till the cheese sauce melst and coats the veggie  and there are golden-brown edges. Your restaurant-style Broccoli Malai Kebabs are ready!
