Alsi Ki Chutney, Anyone?

Have you heard of Alsi ki Chutney? Made of flaxseeds, this chutney from Bihar is very simple to make and loaded with nutrients,.

-Flaxseeds -Garlic cloves -Dried red chillies -Cumin Seeds -Black Pepper -Tomato(finely chopped) -Onion(finely chopped) -Lemon juice -Coriander leaves (finely chopped) -Salt -Water -Oil

Ingredients

Step 1 

First, dry roast the flaxseeds in a kadai.

Then, add garlic cloves and dried red chillies, black pepper, cumin seeds in the kadai with flaxseeds, and roast well.

Step 2

Add this into blender to make a powder once it's roasted.

Add little water into this flaxseed powder, season it with salt and mix well.

Then, top it with chopped onions, green chillies, little oil and lemon juice. Mix well. Your Alsi Ki Chutney is ready!
