Sharing a picture of her 'Ghar Ki Kheti' the actor shared about using fresh homegrown spinach to cook dal palak at her home. If you wish to prepare the same delicious dish, here's a recipe for you.

Dal Palak At Home

• Start by boiling toor dal. Once done, mash it gently.

Step 1

• Take a pan, add some ghee and oil, and temper cumin seeds, mustard seeds, asafoetida, and red chillies.

Step 2

• Next, add chopped garlic, onion slices, and chopped spinach leaves and saute until the greens soften.

Step 3

• Once done, add boiled toor daal, salt, cumin powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, sugar, and water. Let it cook for some time.

Once the dal is cooked well, garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
