Tomatoes, onion, potato, coriander, green chilli, zeera, chaat masala, tamarind chutney, mint chutney, black salt, salt, sev.

What You Need

Chop 4 large, ripe tomatoes into small cubes. Place them in a mixing bowl.

Step 1

Mix in 1/2 cup finely chopped onion and 1/4 cup boiled and diced potatoes.

Add 2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander, 1 finely chopped green chilli, 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder, and 1/4 tsp chaat masala.

In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tbsp tamarind chutney and 2 tbsp mint chutney.

Pour the dressing over the tomato mixture. Gently toss to coat evenly.

Sprinkle with a pinch of black salt and regular salt to taste. Mix well.
