Lauki Chaat Recipe By Atithi

Ingredients 

2 Cups of Grated Lauki 1 Cup of Grated Paneer 1 Chopped Onion 2-3 Green Chillies 1/2 tsp of Ginger-garlic paste Some coriander leaves Salt as per taste 1/2 tsp of Pepper powder 1/2 tsp of Garam Masala 2 tbsp of Besan 1 tbsp of Rice flour Olive Oil

Step 1 

First, peel and grate the lauki.

Then, squeeze the water off from the grated lauki and transfer it to a bowl.

Then, add the grated paneer, besan, spices, ginger-garlic paste, coriander and more to the grated lauki. Combine this and make it into a dough.

Shape the dough into some balls and shallow fry it on pan on medium heat with olive oil.
