1. Lacto-vegetarian These vegetarians don't eat meat, eggs and seafood. But they consume milk and dairy products.

2. Ovo-vegetarian These are vegetarians who consume eggs but avoid meat, seafood and dairy. 

3. Lacto-ovo vegetarian These are vegetarians who consume dairy and eggs but avoid meat, seafood and poultry.

4. Pescatarian These people consume fish but don't have meat, poultry, dairy and eggs. 

5. Vegan This is a plant-based diet where meat, seafood, poultry, eggs or anything sourced from animals are excluded. 

6. Raw Vegan This is a stricter vegan diet where only plant-based food is consumed with no cooking or heating methods. 

7. Flexitarian This is a mostly vegetarian diet where meat is occasionally consumed if one craves it.
