.1/2 cup of water •1/2 cup of milk •3 tbsp of sugar •3 tbsp of butter •1 cup of maida •Oil for frying •Cinnamon powder •Caster sugar •Melted chocolate

First, heat water, sugar, milk and a little in a pan and let it simmer. Keep mixing this.

Then, add the flour to the mixture simmering on medium heat. Mix well and form the dough.

Let the dough rest for awhile and cool down. Then, shape the dough into small balls.

Deep fry the dough balls till they turn golden brown.
