Chef Neha Deepak Shah shared a quick and easy Chinese Besan Toast recipe that you can bring together in just 10 minutes!
2 -3 tbsp Besan 1/2 cup Water Bread Soy sauce Chilli Oil Chopped green chillies Chopped red chillies Chopped spring onion Salt Pepper Oil

1. In a bowl, take some besan and water. 2. Then, add 1 tsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of chilli oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper to the mix.
3. Now, add some chopped green and red chillies along with lots of spring onions and mix till you get a runny batter.
4. Dip a slice of bread in the batter and ensure you get as many veggies on the toast as possible.
5. Take a tawa & grease it with some oil. 6. Now, cook the toast on low flame on both sides.
7. For that extra Chinese flavour, top the toast with some chilli oil, more spring onions, and roasted sesame seeds.
And that’s it, your Chinese Besan Toast is ready to be served and enjoyed!
