3-Ingredient Mousse Cake

Nutritionist Farzanah Nasser (farzanahnasser_nutrition) took to Instagram to share an easy chocolate mousse cake recipe that is good for your health and palate as well! 

Ingredients

6 apples 400g dark chocolate 2 tbsp tahini

Here’s What You Need to Do 

1. Chop the apples, add them to a pan with ½ cup of water and cover it. 2. Let them stew until soft.

Add In The Chocolate 

3. Once the water evaporates, add in some chopped dark chocolate. 4. Let it melt.

Time To Blend

5. Now, add some tahini and mix well. 6. Then, blend till you get a smooth batter. 

Let It Set

7. Transfer it to a pan and let it set overnight. 8. Garnish with some cinnamon powder.
