The mango season is here and that means adding a mango twist to usual dishes!

Chef Aruna Vijay shared the recipe for the Mango Sandesh Sandwich that you can make with 4 easily available ingredients!
200g homemade paneer 4 tbsp powdered sugar ½ tsp cardamom powder 2 Sliced Alphonso mangoes
1. Start by making some fresh homemade chenna, mash this with the heel of your palm till it becomes smooth.
2. Next, add powdered sugar and cardamom powder. 3. Bring it all together.
4. Divide the sandesh mixture into 2 equal portions and flatten it out on a cling wrap.
5. Place mangoes on one side and carefully cover it with another one to create a sandwich.
5. Wrap this completely and let this set overnight. 6. Cut it with a sharp knife and enjoy!
